Can I return a purchased tool?Tools can be returned if they are a in-stock item and are not used and still in original packaging. Special order items are not returnable or refundable.

How do I get my tools warrantied?Tools can be warrantied by talking to your tool sales representative and they will send them into the manufacturer for repair or replacement if the tool qualifies.

How can I get the tool truck to come to my shop?Contact NCT to see if you are within the current visit range or visit the truck on Saturdays in Moultonborough, NH.

Is the quality of the tool determined by where you buy it?Yes and No. It is a common misconception with the thought that the box stores have the exact same model as the quality stores that carry "construction grade" or "commercial". The model numbers will differ from one store to the next but might have the exact same appearance, the model number determines what quality the tool is and depending on what the store decides to stock will determine the quality.
